​Company Director Ryan Rawlins is the chief strategist that provides his decade of expertise to ensure clients gain the best results possible from their finance solutions.

Ryan is passionate about building wealth through real estate, both personally and assisting his clients. He has been involved in real estate since 1998, and believes Perth has a lot to offer investors and first home buyers. Ryan's property experience includes renovating for profit, building, sub divisions, HMOs, buying and selling.

Ryan cuts through the jargon, and is an expert in loan structuring and helping his clients create a strategy to reach their goals and dreams sooner. He also has access to very useful property selection tips that will dramatically increase the frequency in which you can add to your property portfolio.

Sarah is dedicated to striving to provide an unbeatable service to clients, and helping them make their goals and dreams a reality.

Sarah started her finance broking journey in early 2016, and has gained a strong foundation in all things lending. She is passionate about finding solutions for everyday people that reduce their stress, and enhance their lives.

She is interested in wealth creation through property, and has been investing in real estate since 2010. Sarah believes in the importance of making strategic decisions and being partnered with professionals when making huge life decisions, such as taking out a loan or purchasing a property.

As a mum with a small family, Sarah is eager to support local families and women to feel secure in their financial decisions and supported through the maze of lending jargon that can sometimes seem overwhelming.

Shivam is a dedicated Finance Professional who thrives on helping people by providing excellent service, and innovative solutions to help secure their milestones and goals.
 
After graduating Accounting & Finance at university, Shivam has been actively working in the industry since 2018. Shivam has a Diploma in Finance, is an MFAA member, and regularly attends workshops and seminars to upskill his knowledge of the finance industry. 
 
Shivam also speaks multiple languages including English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu – allowing him to communicate more effectively with international clients.
 
Outside of work, Shivam likes to spend his time playing indoor sports and attending various wellness sessions, as he believes a healthy body and a calm mind help to navigate complicated environments and make important decisions.

​Having a wealth of experience with many different types of transactions, Travis can confidently find the best solution for clients and their unique circumstances.  

Travis has worked at various Banks and Finance Institutions since 2001 and has a passion for assisting people reach their goals - whether it be buying a house, a car, a business, or accessing equity to do renovations around the house, go on a holiday, or invest.
 
Travis has a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and regularly attends property seminars and lending workshops to ensure that he has the most up to date knowledge to share with his clients.
 
With strong communication skills, Travis holds integrity, honesty and responsiveness as his key strengths.
 
Outside of work, Travis has 3 kids that are growing too fast for his liking, and is heavily involved in football (AFL) coaching. He also likes to relax at the beach, on the golf course or at the poker table.
